  • Handling incoming enquiries from existing key accounts
  • Working with high profile well recognised brands within Europe
  • Preparing quotations for customer’s product order requests
  • Processing orders and handling any shipments queries
  • Handling negotiations with suppliers on behalf of the customer
  • Providing excellent customer service and efficient order service
  • Building relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business


  • Customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • The ability to build rapport and provide excellent Customer Care
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience within a telephone based post essential
  • Organised and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
