Job requirements

  • Dealing with incoming customer enquiries and being the first point of contact within the business.
  • Understand and explain the business services over the phone
  • Identify opportunities and referrals throughout the business.
  • Qualifying potential customers from warm leads
  • Collecting important financial and personal identification documents
  • Working collaboratively with other business departments to further qualified customers within the business.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Experience within a call centre of telephone-based role is desirable
  • Knowledge or experience within the automotive industry is desirable but not essential
