Duties

  • Management of the general servicing email inbox
  • Answering customer calls from existing clients
  • Handling customer queries and reporting to relevant depts
  • Logging servicing required / faults accurately and efficiently
  • Raising customer servicing jobs appropriately onto the system
  • Handling, sorting and scanning any departmental post
  • Assisting the team with any administrative tasks required
  • Formatting documents and updating the company database

Requirements

  • Competent in Microsoft Office / Computer skills
  • A positive and motivated attitude.
  • Organised and professional approach to work
  • Good customer service and people skills
