The client is a successful insurance company based in Manchester, looking for experienced and career-driven individuals to join their Claims Liaison team in a Team Leader position.

- Proactive management of Claims Liaison teams including KPI management, development and training of each team member and team motivation
- Active coaching and mentoring of claims teams
- Resolve escalated complaints/Claims from customers
- Ensure all team members follow company and FCA guidelines accurately
The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching and mentoring a team of telephony-based customer service agents, and a drive to pursue a career in team management within insurance. Applicants are welcome from a variety of industries including insurance and financial services, and must have contact centre experience.
