They are currently seeking an Order Process Administrator to ensure timely and highly accurate order processing and management of the process through to delivery and invoicing. You will be part of the Customer Care Team and will assist with the deliverance of fast and efficiently B2B Customer Service via fax, e mail and telephone.
·Entering all orders accurately onto the computer system (SAP)
·Monitoring these orders from order entry to invoicing
·Ensuring efficient and quick processing of credits and returns
·Liaising and updating with the customer during the delivery process
·Working closely with internal sales engineers to ensure accurate order process
·Liaise with European Production Centres and the internal purchasing department.
·Liaison with the controlling process to administer credit control queries
·Providing high level of customer service to all customers
·Taking ownership of the SAP customer databases.
- Preparing part numbered quotes and assist with administering quote preparation.
·Ensuring all aspects of the database is accurately maintained.
·Attention to detail and accuracy
·Data/Order entry experience
·Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
