Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a career driven sales executive to join a dynamic, forward thinking company. They are one of the leading investment consultancy’s that introduces residential and commercial developments to UK wide investors!

 

They are seeking talented sales professionals with a desire to succeed and forge a successful career heading up the UK property division. You will work directly with the Sales Director to follow up on investment queries on new developments in emerging and established locations. This exiting venture comes with prospects of attending events and seminars all over the country.

Responsibilities

  • To develop and manage relations with both new and existing clients
  • Presenting development proposals to prospective clients
  • Constantly developing a knowledge and understanding of the property investment market.
  • Develop all incoming enquiries to closure, managing the end to end process through effective multi-channel contact – telephony, meetings, skype call, seminars and events
  • Speaking to prospective clients from established leads, driving new business development

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in sales/business development, achieving set targets
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Extremely driven and hungry to succeed
  • A confident, natural negotiator
  • This role would suit the following experience – recruitment, property, mortgage/insurance broker, investment etc.
