  • Managing a number of existing accounts and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Generating new business for IT products such as infrastructure, security and cloud
  • Speaking to organisations from public sector, private sector, blue chips and SMEs.
  • Understanding your target clients / needs in order to promote the relevant solutions
  • Frequently liaise with clients to continue to grow and develop the relationship
  • Developing and delivering bespoke sales presentations as and when required
  • Attending customer meetings – supported and accompanied by an IT expert
  • Utilising existing contacts and networking skills in order to generate new business
  • Handling any new projects, accounts, queries or issues relevant to your client.
  • Delivering an impeccable service whilst achieving any new business targets set


  • Previous experience working within a sales environment
  • Experience with IT, Telecoms or Hardware/Software an advantage
  • Good business development, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Professional and friendly with the ability to build relationships/rapport
