An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive to join a leading global media business. The company stands head and shoulders above its competitors and has a fantastic reputation within the industry. They work on behalf of some well-known leading brands and have been in the market for over fifty years.

 

The Role

 

  • Prospecting for new business via various channels such as LinkedIn, marketing tools and phone calls
  • Contacting both established target client lists and proactively finding new opportunities
  • Being commercially aware identifying new opportunities via industry news and developments etc
  • Responsibility for developing leads and opportunities for the company to pitch for new business.
  • Making introduction calls to prospective clients and arranging face to face meetings
  • Managing your pipeline of opportunities ensuring request for information’s are submitted on time
  • Preparing briefing documents for the Business Development Manager to be able to pitch
  • Having a creative approach and utilising internal depts such as design and marketing

 

Requirements

 

  • Previous experience within a B2B Business Development role
  • A consultative, targeted and professional approach
  • Self-motivated with the ability to identify commercial leads
  • Delivers results through a proactive and collaborative approach
