Our client is a specialist supplier of computer storage solutions/networking solutions for business. They offer a full service to customers supporting them from consultation to supply and beyond. Due to their continued success they are looking to grow their team with the support of an additional Business development Executive. Duties

  • Identifying suitable business opportunities through Business Development
  • Calling business’ to identify the correct contact and developing relationships
  • Fact finding to clarify whether the company would have a potential need
  • Understanding whether the client has a genuine interest for the product
  • Setting up and booking key appointments with technical sales advisors
  • Providing quotes wherever possible based on the customers’ requirements
  • Working towards qualified appointment and quotation targets
  • Promoting the products, services and brand wherever possible
  • Build relationships with existing clients for the purpose of repeat business
  • Constantly developing knowledge of new technologies and the market
  • Being aware of competitors offerings and the benefits the company provide

Requirements

  • Experience within IT, Hardware, Software, Cloud Services
  • The ability to absorb technical information easily
  • Sales experience and ability to develop / pipeline business
  • To be highly self-motivated and be able to identify opportunities
