Our client is a hugely successful Commercial Insurer that has had a presence in the market for over 30 years. They operate on an international basis and have a fantastic reputation in the Insurer market and amongst clients. The company pride themselves on their quality and fully rounded service.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a strong and supportive team where you can develop your career to the next level. You will be responsible for incoming new business enquiries from the broking market and developing broker / client relationships over the phone and face to face.

Duties

  • Managing and developing incoming enquiries from the mid to large broking market
  • Acting upon enquiries quickly yet effectively with attention to detail
  • Presenting insurer solutions, products and services to key stakeholders
  • Liaising with clients and brokers over the phone and face to face
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers / stakeholders
  • Providing a clear and detailed understanding of product availability and application
  • Demonstrating competency of internal processes, systems and procedures
  • Ensuring market knowledge and understanding of the current economic climate
  • Offering an effective, professional yet personable service to the broking market
  • Communicating regularly and setting / attending meetings with brokers and clients
  • Achieving quarterly and annual sales and quality targets through service

Experience

  • Experience within a Commercial Insurance or Commercial Finance role
  • The ability to conduct professional meetings and present information when required
  • Strong Business Acumen and a professional yet personable approach to business
