Over the last 11 years Gibson Hollyhomes has gone from strength to strength within the Manchester marketplace and to due continued success and increasing client wins we are seeking a career driven and motivated individual to join the team as a Trainee Temps consultant on our successful and long standing temps desk.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills along with the ability to build rapport and interact with candidates at all levels. Ideally you will have worked in an environment where working to KPI’s/targets is the main driver and have a good understand of the pressures and challenges of this type of working environment. However, this is not essential and the position would also suit a graduate looking for an entry level role offering clear progression.
Organisation will be one of your strengths and the ability to multitask due to ever changing priorities is essential.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Candidate administration support for 2x Temps Consultants
Sourcing and interviewing potential candidates
Managing Job Applications
Creating, submitting and coordinating job advertisements
Account management for volume temp client
Answering the telephone and dealing with candidate queries
Sending out temporary assignment confirmations and interview documentation
Internal database management and systems administration
Assisting with compliance audits and ensuring candidates are fully referenced and compliant as per client requirements
Working closely with the admin and finance support team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our temps division
