Recruitment Coordinator/Trainee Consultant – Temps Desk

Do you want autonomy and responsibility?  Do you want to work in a fast paced environment in a role where no two days are the same and you’re to do list changes from one hour to the next?  If it’s a yes to all 3 then perhaps our Trainee Temps Consultant role is for you.  Here at Gibson Hollyhomes we have a thriving temp’s desk where the two existing temps consultants combined have a wealth of experience that cannot be surpassed.  They are looking for someone to join the desk who wants to learn and will soak up all the knowledge and advice they can get with a view to progressing into a full 360 temps consultant role where new business will become key.

The role will initially entail supporting the existing consultants with candidate attraction, resourcing & interviewing, along with the account management of a volume temp user.   The account will give a great insight into learning the skills of a good account manager as well as an all-round recruiter.  You will have the autonomy to manage the account and requirements both in Manchester and across the UK. You will develop skills on a measured basis to progress into a full consultant role where you will be responsible, with huge support, for new business development.

The role requires someone who can think on their feet that possesses good customer service and admin skills and someone who wants to exceed targets not only to progress but to earn bonuses.
