An exciting new role has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join an award winning law firm. Responsible for the HR function in their Manchester & Liverpool office, you will have the support of the wider national HR team.


Key responsibilities:

·         Providing HR advice and support across two office locations

·         Coaching and offering line managers advice on HR related issues

·         Problem and dispute resolution

·         Highlighting risks and issues

·         Identifying trends and themes

·         Monitoring and reviewing HR policies


Key skills:

·         Experience in a similar role, a CIPD qualification would be desirable

·         A good understanding of UK employment law

  • Any industry will be considered, legal experience would be an advantage 

·         A range of human resources management experience
