As a HR Assistant your duties will include:

  • Provide an excellent level of service to all new employees
  • Ensuring the onboarding process is as seamless as possible
  • Liaise internally with key stakeholders to provide timely updates
  • Manage the process for all the pre-employment screening checks
  • Ensuring all documents and right to work checks are compliant with regulations
  • Manage Visa applications for international joiners

 

As a HR Assistant you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working in Recruitment or HR
  • Ability to communication effectively at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload under pressure
  • Proficient on all Microsoft packages
  • Highly organised
