HR Administrator – Temp

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Administrator based within HR Department and working as part of a busy team to provide support with a wide range of administrative tasks.  Duties will include;

  • Create and set up files for new starters
  • Chasing references
  • Responsible for offer documentation compilation of employment contracts ensuring that all new starters employment complies with our legal responsibilities
  • Update holiday and sickness records
  • Overall responsibility for employee vetting, Identification checks are issued within timescales
  • Carry out basic disclosures
  • Inputting and updating Cascade HR database
  • Liaise with Payroll with regards to new starters and leavers
  • Notify line managers of sickness / absence
  • Working to deadlines
  • Dealing with sensitive information
  • Ability to liaise at all levels with tact and diplomacy and deal with queries
  • Need to competent with MS Word, Excel and Email

Ideally you will have experience within a similar role in HR and experience with Cascade is essential we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.  The role is temporary to start immediately but could lead to a permanent role for the right person.
