Our client is a leading Estate agency firm with 5 branches across South Manchester, specialising in Property management, lettings and sales. They are one of the fast-growing estate agencies in South Manchester and are looking to add a Senior Sales Negotiator to their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience within the property industry, have experience managing the progression of sales and proven sales record.

Responsibilities

  • Typical duties include;
  • Registration of applicants
  • Conducting viewings
  • Sales negotiations
  • Building relationships and engaging with clients
  • You will be using specific property database systems such as Encore.

Requirements

  • Strong sales background
  • Self-motivated and good attitude in the working environment
  • Can work well under pressure and can show initiative
  • Good analytical and telephone skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and bring in new clients
  • Driving license and own car
  • Good geographical knowledge of South Manchester

 

Working hours are 8:45am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:45am-5pm Friday with 1 in 4 weekends required 9am-4pm.
