My client is a leading supplier of bespoke office space and co-working environments within the commercial property sector. The business is looking for an experienced and driven individual to oversee the entirety of the sales and management function of multiple sites across the Hertfordshire area.

 

Job requirements:

 

  • Maximise site occupancy rate
  • Accountability for maximising and measuring the sites performance and profitability
  • Conduct monthly site reviews and build and maintain tenant relationships
  • Effectively deal with tenants’ queries regarding repairs and rental contracts
  • Liaise directly with national contracts to ensure any planned building works are on scheduled
  • Conduct site viewings for any potential new tenants
  • Attract new tenants to the site if any become vacant
  • Aid in marketing the site to potential new tenants

 

Job skills required:

 

  • Experience within a sales environment
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team (1 – 3 people)
  • Experienced in responding to leads and searching for sales opportunities
  • Strong negotiation skills and professional relationship building
  • Experienced account management is highly desirable
  • Experience in property management in highly desirable
  • Good working knowledge of MS office, Excel, word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
  • UK Driving license
