Our client based in the city centre are looking for an Administrator for a 3 months contract to support a number of programme initiatives.
¡ Assisting the Project Management Office and Programme Manager in providing support and administrative duties for the programme teams.
¡ Monitoring mailboxes and dealing with daily enquiries.
¡ Diary management such as scheduling programme meetings, conference calls and travel bookings as required.
¡ Filing, copy and general administration duties
¡ Supporting maintenance of programme documentation and project lifecycle.
¡ Note taking for meetings
¡ Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
¡ Attention to detail and accuracy.
¡ Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
¡ A self-motivator and the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workloads.
¡ Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
¡ Information gathering and monitoring.
¡ Upto £9.00p/h pay
