Our client based on Thorpe Park are looking for a number of Contract Administrators to join their team on a temporary basis to support their team through a busy period.

Administrator Duties:

  • Supporting the Contracts team, to ensure contract procedures run efficiently
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Preparation of monthly finance reviews for Operations
  • Creating Quotes
  • Supplier management
  • Liaising with suppliers and assisting them through the portal process
  • Keeping the in house tracking system up to date

Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that are deemed required by the business in supporting the daily operation of the contract.

Social working hours Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
