Our client is one of the Top Tier Legal firms based in Leeds City Centre and they are looking for a Senior Administrator/Secretary to support the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a worldwide firm and develop your career.


As a Senior Administrator/Secretary your duties will include:

  • Processing correspondence as required for clients
  • Maintaining both hard and soft copies of client files
  • Answering calls and taking messages where necessary
  • Arranging meetings and conferences
  • Preparation of court documents
  • Extensive diary management for the Partner and the wider team
  • Raising monthly invoices for legal services
  • Dealing with client enquiries
  • Liaising with other secretaries within the department


As a Senior Administrator/Secretary you will have the following skills:

  • Previous experience working as a Secretary/PA in a professional environment
  • Dedication and focus in the working environment
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload
