My client are a leading Merchant Services Provider who are looking to add to their growing team in Manchester. They are looking for a Sales Administrator to work closely with their team to ensure that their client’s requests are properly and efficiently serviced.

About the role:

  •          Cross referencing details provided by sales team with clients
  •          Accurately and quickly completing forms for banks
  •          Liaising with clients and financial providers
  •          Office administration (post, filing, etc)
  •          Compiling and sending reports
  •          Updating customer accounts on system
  •          Internal liaison with different teams

About you:

  •          Experience working within a sales support role or similar
  •          Good customer service skills
  •          Strong Numeracy and Literacy skills
  •          Highly organised with attention to detail
  •          Educated to A – level or equivalent
  •          Driver with access to their own vehicle (ideal but not necessary)


The successful candidate can expect a salary of £15-18,000pa, with 25 days holiday + bank holidays, free onsite parking, a sociable atmosphere, and a wide variety of employee benefit schemes.
