Receptionist / Legal Secretary

£16,000 - £18,000



A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time experienced receptionist to join a well-established law firm based in Yeadon. You will be the first point of contact for all clients and internal staff. You will also be working alone so a self-driven character is required.


  • Answer incoming calls efficiently and in a professional manner
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Providing secretarial support to fee earners
  • Ensuring the reception/client areas are clean and presentable at all times
  • Undertaking general admin duties such as post, photocopying, scanning etc
  • Arranging meeting rooms for solicitors and customers
  • Welcoming walk ins and meeting attendees in a very friendly, case sensitive manner


Person Specification:

  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Efficient and well organised
  • IT Literate
  • Audio typing experience would be a distinct advantage
  • A flexible approach to work, with the ability to multitask
  • Happy to work alone
