My client are a national Professional Services Firm based in Wilmslow that are looking to expand their support team and recruit a Receptionist/Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates to join a forward-thinking company with excellent career progression opportunities.

 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within Hospitality, Events, Facilities or Administration. The candidate must be comfortable to work autonomously and demonstrate their own initiative.

 

As a Receptionist your duties will include:

  • Assist the Office Manager in the day to day running of the office
  • Manage meeting room booking requests, providing refreshments where necessary
  • Assist with setting up of onsite events
  • Managing the day-to-day distribution of post
  • Meet and greet all visitors and clients
  • Assisting with all new staff inductions

 

As a Receptionist you will have the following skills:

  • Previous experience working in Hospitality or Events would be preferred
  • Previous Administration or Coordinator experience is desirable
  • Extremely organised and diligent
  • IT literate and proficient on Microsoft Packages
  • Excellent attention to detail

 

Please note: The hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 2pm
