My client are an international law firm based in Leeds City Centre. They are looking for a Receptionist to join and manage their team in Leeds.

 

As a Reception Team Leader your duties will include:

  • To lead by example to ensure the reception team delivers a first class service
  • Manage the team, set objectives and review those accordingly
  • Conduct regular appraisals
  • Manage all sickness and absence issues
  • Conduct innovative training and team building exercises to improve the overall performance of the team
  • Uphold a smart and professional appearance at all times

 

As a Reception Team Leader you will have the following skills:

  • Previous experience in a client facing role within a corporate environment
  • Previous experience of managing a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure

 

Hours: 7am – 6pm Shift Pattern
