My client is an exciting family run business who are looking for an Operations Manager to join the team and drive the business forward. This an exciting opportunity for an individual to be given the freedom to develop their own ideas and offer innovative concepts to help develop the business.

As an Operations Manager your duties will include:

  • Overseeing all daily business activities
  • Improving and developing the overall business functions
  • Managing and developing the team
  • Responsibility for aspects of HR and hiring of new employees
  • Managing budgets
  • Evaluate the performance and productivity of the business, offering solutions where necessary
  • Responsibility for all financial compliance for the business
  • Interpreting and understanding all commercial figures

As an Operations Manager you will have the following skills: 

  • Educated to Degree level
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Previous experience managing business operations
  • Previous knowledge of employment legislation
  • Posses an understanding on financial compliance laws
  • Be innovative and demonstrate initiative
