My client are a leading Financial Services business who are looking for an Office Manager/PA to join their team based from their Wilmslow office.


The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months’ worth of Administration experience, and some Office Management or PA experience would be advantageous.


As an Office Manager/PA your duties will include:

  • Management of the office including meeting rooms, supplies and technology
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Diary and travel management for the CEO and CFO
  • Booking meetings and taking minutes
  • Organising charity events and socials
  • Ad hoc HR Administration


As an Office Manager/PA you will have the following skills:

  • Previous Administration experience is essential
  • Previous Office Management experience would be ideal
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Packages
