My client are an established business who are looking for an Office Manager to join their team based in South Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident, extremely organised and enjoys a busy and varied role.

 

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar position and be confident working autonomously.

 

As an Office Manager your duties will include:

 

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office
  • Manage office supplies, equipment and vendor relationships
  • Support with new hires and onboarding
  • Manage office budgets and track expenses
  • Oversee repairs, renovations and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance to health and safety regulations

 

As an Office Manager you will have the following skills:

 

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
