An established law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join their business support function.  You will be joining a team and be responsible for ensuring they are supported with administrative tasks.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising with internal departments over the telephone
  • Responding to the team’s emails
  • Dealing with queries raised on case files
  • Data cleansing
  • Problem-solving issues that arise
  • Ensuring data protection is adhered to at all times
  • Updating the database
  • Working to agreed timescales

 

Key skills:

  • You will have experience of working in an administration role in either a legal or professional services environment
  • You will need to have strong excel skills
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • The ability to provide support to a busy department
