An international law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator.  You will be providing full administration support to a team of solicitors.


Key responsibilities:

  • Data input of information on to case management system
  • Supporting PA’s with admin duties
  • Producing documents
  • Emailing
  • Filing and archiving
  • Postal duties


Key skills:

  • You will have experience of working in an administration role, previous legal experience would be an advantage
  • Good MS Office computer skills
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • The ability to provide support to a busy department
