Our client is a leading services provider delivering essential contract services to both large and small businesses. Having been established over 30 years they retain the values of a family run business but continue to grow from strength to strength. They wish to continue their success and are seeking a Customer Service Administrator professional to join their existing team.


The Role

  • Handling inbound enquiries from clients and contractors and resolving any queries
  • Fact finding and offering the highest level of service instantly building rapport
  • Ensuring all updates/queries are recorded on the system and associated admin completed
  • Supporting internal departments with any administrative duties that need completion
  • Taking responsibility for updating work on the appropriate systems and logging calls
  • Producing reports in line with company requirements and procedures
  • Taking ownership and following through customer enquiries, queries and complaints
  • Assisting in managing the improvement of document management process


  • IT Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with call handling
  • Highly organised, good attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise you workload efficiently
  • Experience of data processing and data input
