12 Month Contract

My client is a leading brand that are looking for an administrator to join their team on an initial 12 month contract. The role will involve working with dual responsibilities providing support to customers as well as providing operational and administrative support through the business.

The duties will include:

  • Reviewing products
  • Uploading information onto database
  • Generate reports and actions on the system
  • Liaise with customers about progress of repairs
  • Communicate with internal teams about progress
  • Occasionally perform reception duties


The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Administrative experience
  • A knowledge of luxury brands (experience working within a luxury environment)
  • Good organisation skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Clear and effective communication
  • Experience inputting data


The role will work Monday to Friday 8.30am till 4.30pm and benefits will include Bupa Private Healthcare, a great pension contribution and free onsite parking, the offered salary is £17,000pa and the contract may be extended beyond the 12 months stated.
