My client are a national Search and Selection firm who are looking for an IMMEDIATELY available Administration officer to join their finance team on a temporary contract.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving fast paced business.

Duties of an Administration Officer include;

  • Data entry of finance information from one system to another
  • Supporting the Internal finance and audit team with administrative tasks
  • Liaising with internal teams regards system information
  • Creating reports with the team
  • Coping and scanning certain information

As an Administration Officer you will have the following key skills;

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
  • Excellent communication skills
