My Client are a leading creative business based in Trafford Park that operate internationally. They are looking for a HR Officer to join their team in Manchester and support the entire HR function for the business alongside the Manager.

The duties for this role will include:

  • Management and administration of Payroll
  • Ownership of companywide Holidays
  • Working closely with / Advising Managers
  • Employee Relations
  • Management reports/ updating of dashboard
  • Support head of HR with projects
  • Recruitment

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Either have attained or be actively working toward CIPD Level 5
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a HR Role
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Abilitiy to work well under pressure
  • Aptitude to go above and beyond
