My client is a leading financial services company based in the Blackburn area looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their business in a newly created position. This role will offer a great challenge, exposure to the entire HR lifecycle and the opportunity to reach the height of your ambitions.
The responsibilities will include:
• Support and implement HR strategy and policies across the group
• Be involved with all HR actions in the business
• Take ownership of values and principles role out
• ER
• L&D
• Employee Engagement
• Advise and support board of directors
• Appraisal and disciplinary proceedings
• P11D Management
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
• CIPD Level 7
• Ability to develop a company HR function from scratch
• Aptitude to involve themselves with all HR based activities
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel and work across several locations
• Ambition to develop career and company
This role will offer a salary of £40-50,000pa, a car allowance, a competitive holiday and benefits package and the opportunity for unrivalled career progression.
