My client is a well-established, professional services firm who are looking for a HR Administrator to come and join the team based in Timperley. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ worth of HR Administration experience in the job role, be highly proficient on Microsoft Office and have excellent attention to detail. This is a fantastic Job for someone looking for a supportive Manager with a career in mind.


As a HR Administrator your job role will include:

  • Provide all administrative support to the HR department
  • Produce all HR correspondence including contracts of employment
  • Arranging interviews for candidates and internal managers
  • Chasing up missing documentation, including references when required
  • Updating company policies and procedures
  • Assist with disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
  • Ensuring all employee records are up to date and filed correctly
  • Ad hoc administration including scanning, filing, photocopying


As a HR Administrator you will have the following skills for the job role:

  • Previous HR Administration experience is essential
  • Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
