Situated in Leeds City Centre, my client are a leading Financial Services business who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their Dealing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent numeracy skills, good attention to detail and ideally will have previous experience working within Financial Services.


As a Finance Administrator your duties will include:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and stockbrokers
  • Answer all general enquiries from clients via email or phone
  • Contact any potential clients and open up new accounts
  • Assist with allocation of transactions
  • Assist with collating data for reports when required


As a Finance Administrator you will have the following skills:

  • Previous Administration experience within Financial Services
  • Previous Dealing experience is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Professional telephone manner
  • 5 GCSE with a grade C at least in Maths and English
