Duties:

  • Deliver a thorough understanding of all tasks and duties in order to assign to your team
  • Maintain a staff rota
  • Respond promptly to adhoc requests from internal and external customers
  • Work collaboratively with fellow FM to ensure a seamless service within the business
  • Provide cover where needed
  • Report to FM Coordinator
  • Complete administration tasks
  • Assist with office moves
  • Ensure a clear understanding and delivery of Health & Safety
