This is a highly demanding, challenging and fast paced environment which requires a motivated, organised and flexible Executive Assistant. The successful candidate must be team focused and proactive in order to fulfil responsibilities and duties to a high standard at all times. Furthermore, it is imperative that the ideal candidate has proven experience as an Executive Assistant within professional services in order to be able to hit the ground running.

Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following:
– Dairy management
– Organising domestic travel
– Carrying out research duties
– Booking meetings and conferences
– Creating and amending documents and presentations for board meetings
– Dealing with expenses
– Arranging events and seminars
– Covering the telephone at all times
– Acting as the point of contact for the team
– Carrying out general secretarial and administrative duties as and when required


The Executive Assistant must have all of the following skills:
– Advanced proficiency in the MS suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
– Ability to be flexible within the role
– Capability to be a team player and work autonomously
– The ability to multi task
– Proven ability to manage time efficiently
– The ability to work under pressure
– The capacity to use initiative
