My client is an international business with an excellent reputation who are market leaders in their field.  They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and expanding team based in Leeds.

 

The ideal candidate will need previous Customer Service experience and be a confident communicator over the phone and email.

 

As a Customer Service Administrator your duties will include:

  • Deliver a high level of Customer Service to clients
  • Assist the internal Account Managers
  • Manage all customer queries and complaints
  • Manage all queries successfully through to completion
  • Ensure all internal systems are kept up to date

 

As a Customer Service Administrator you will have the following skills:

  • Previous Customer Service experience is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient on all Microsoft packages
  • Strong attention to detail
