My client are an International Law Firm who are specialists in their field looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known business whose clients are global, household names.

 

The ideal candidate must have some previous Administration experience, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads.

 

As a Business Administrator your duties will include:

  • Assisting with invoicing and billing clients
  • Answering phones and taking messages for the team
  • Diary management
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Writing letters and emails to clients
  • Updating and amending the internal system

 

As a Business Administrator you will have the following skills:

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
