You will be responsible for providing professional document administration within a team.

Job description of an Administrator:

  • Supporting the team with all of the day to day administrative tasks
  • Processing company expenses
  • Working toward project deadlines and hitting targets
  • Dealing with all company invoices
  • Ensuring that HMRC forms are filed and completed correctly

Job skills for an Administrator:

  • High attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task
  • Positive attitude with enthusiasm for your work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Some exposure to financial sector (desired)
