My client are an International Law Firm based in Leeds City Centre that are looking to expand their support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates to join a forward-thinking company with excellent career progression opportunities.


As an Administrator/Secretary your duties will include:

  • Arranging both national and international travel
  • Arranging and booking all internal and external meetings
  • Dealing with all internal/external calls in a professional manner
  • Extensive diary management
  • Processing of expenses
  • Organising events
  • Preparing, collating and amending all documents


As an Administrator/Secretary you will have the following skills:

  • Previous Administration/Secretarial experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft packages
