Our client is a highly regarded market leader within the financial services industry. They have a professional yet personable approach to their work and clients. The company has been established for over 15 years and continue to grow from strength to strength.
The company are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their in-house legal department. You will be providing support to three Solicitors and the wider team.
- Liaising with internal departments
- Producing documents and letters
- Chasing documentation
- Filing, photocopying and scanning
- Ensuing data protection is adhered to at all times
- Updating the database
- Experience of working in an administration role
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- The ability to provide support to a busy department
- Strong keyboard skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
