Our client is looking for a confident Administrator to join their fantastic business.
They are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and ambitious individual to work within their innovative team to support with the everyday administrative tasks.
Administrator job includes;
- First point of contact for clients over the phone
- Liaising with and assisting off-site consultants
- Extensive use of Microsoft Excel to track business activity
- Import and export data from CRM system
- General ad hoc responsibilities within the business
- Producing and formatting reports and document’s
Administrator skills include;
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi task
- Good attention to detail
- Confident using a CRM system
- Great telephone manner
- Able to commute to Worsley, Manchester
To be considered for this role you will need at least 2 years’ experience as an Administrator.
