Our client is a well-established, Global company based in Leeds City Centre. They are looking for a Credit Control Administrator to provide admin support for the Credit Control Team. The ideal candidate will have good administration skills, customer focus and confidence talking to clients.

Duties for a Credit Control Administrator include:

  • Responding and resolving customer queries via email
  • Manage all overdue letters & statements
  • Assist with the direct debit process, and ensure all entries are uploaded to the finance systems
  • processing refunds and payment plans
  • occasionally answering incoming calls on behalf of the credit control team

Your Skills will include:

  • Previous experience in Administration (or Credit Control)
  • Confident and personable
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work within deadlines, agreed timeframes and agreed SLA’s
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Administrator – £23,000 – Leeds City Centre – Perm – Hybrid
