My client are an international business based in Leeds City Centre who are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their busy and expanding team. This role is initially a 20 Month Fixed-Term Contract with the potential to go permanent.


As an Administration Assistant your duties will include:

  • Processing and completing customer and internal queries and requests
  • Maintaining all data on internal systems
  • Organise and arrange compliance inspections for clients
  • Liaising with clients to ensure all data has been received
  • Ensuring all work is completed within given timescales


As an Administration Assistant you will have the following skills:

  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Packages
  • Highly organised


Administration Assistant – £18,000 – Leeds City Centre – 20 Month FTC
