My client are a leading UK business based in modern offices in Leeds City Centre.  They are looking for an Administrator to join their busy support team.


As an Administration Assistant your duties will include:

  • Managing the processes of customers switching supply
  • Setting up new customer accounts and liaising with internal and external teams for this to be completed
  • Manage data for new and old customers
  • Ensuring new customer are set up in line with regulation and compliance
  • Completion of all setup activity for new customer registrations and changes to contracts
  • Ensure all systems and reports are updated accurately and completed on time
  • All billing setup completed before the relevant billing run
  • Management and resolution of exceptions and meter compliances
  • Assisting with the maintenance and development of all registration systems and processes
  • Ensure all systems and reports are updated accurately timely


As an Administration Assistant you will have the following skills:

  • Excellent customer service and administration skills
  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Proficient with all Microsoft packages
  • Excellent attention to detail


Administration Assistant – £18,000 – Leeds City Centre – Permanent
