Brand new role
Our client offers a range of legal services in disciplines ranging from Commercial, Employment Law, Wills and Probate and Property. This longstanding Law Firm is looking to take on a Legal Secretary within the Wills, Probate and Trust team.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience within this field and be supporting one solicitor on a one to one basis.
You will be responsible for:-
- Producing correspondence via BigHand – Digital and copy typing
- Emailing and faxing
- Creating specific documents within the Wills and Probate sector
- Drafting a creating wills for a specific client
- Taking meeting notes
- Telephone messages
- General clerical duties
- Storage of documents
- Proof reading documents
- Supporting the other members of the team when required
You must have working knowledge of:-
- Microsoft Word 2000
- Microsoft Office
Salary is dependent on experience
Monday to Friday only.
