One of our most successful clients requires a Trainee Secretary to join their Commercial team in Manchester.
This is a great opportunity for someone to move their Admin experience to a Secretarial level and to work for one of the country’s most successful Legal companies in the UK. The role will require a motivated individual who can build strong relationships within the team and ensure all processes run smoothly.
You must be a team player and be able to multitask and prioritise workloads to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will also bring advanced excel, PowerPoint, Word, and email skills.
The core responsibilities will involve:
- Diary management
- Travel Arrangements
- General Administration
- Database Management
To be successful in your application you require:
- Existing Admin/Secretarial experience within legal or a professional services environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- A detail orientated nature with a methodical approach to administration.
Salary is dependent on experience – £18,400 – £20,400 per annum
