A new job has arisen to join an established law firm as a Trainee Legal Secretary.  You will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administration and secretarial support to the team of Partners, Associates and Fee Earners.

Key duties and responsibilities for the Trainee Legal Secretary job:

  • Audio and copy typing
  • Opening, closing and archiving of files
  • Assisting with billing and accounts
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Reception cover
  • Ensuring confidentiality at all times

Key skills required of the Trainee Legal Secretary job:

  • Previous experience working in a law firm in a support role
  • Audio typing experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
